I have been building websites since 1998! I build all of my sites with Joomla and have a staff of 11. I manage over 500 sites in 14 different countries and I personally specialize in online marketing. My company is 90% paperless and all of my staff all work outside of my office. They pick and choose their hours and we use web based software to manage the work flow. I spend on average 8 to 12 hours a day online.
