Just a quick question for a sunny afternoon…..I don’t really want to be here in front of my computer so its short!

How do you remember all of the software and services (social, cloud, photo, mucic, etc.) that you’ve downloaded, signed up to, installed, etc.?  If you have multiple clouds, how do you know where everything is?

It seems to me I often sign up for things, use them for a little while, and then move on to something newer or better.  Plaxo is one example, which I’m reminded of whenever I get an update message – it seems to me that LinkedIn has become the preferred service, at least for me.  

I also have something like 150 applications on my iPhone, some I’ve never even used and have forgotten I had them (a printing application is one case where I actually downloaded another program).  And music – I’ve got 5,000 songs on my iPhone – I’m glad iTunes tells you when you’re trying to download a song over again.  And all those programs on my desktop – I lost a lot of programs when my system creashed last Christmas!  And that says nothing about license keys when I buy something – how do you find them when you really need them?
